Learners examine the Vessel Manager’s responsibilities and the systems needed to coordinate boats, crew, passengers, dive sites and operational resources.

 

The module covers vessel costs, scheduling, capacity management, boat allocation and daily inspections.

 

It also addresses safety equipment, emergency oxygen, fuel control, crew coordination, passenger management, weather monitoring and dive-site planning.
