Choose individual modules if you have a specific development priority or prefer to begin with a smaller study commitment.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do I need previous management experience?
No previous management experience is required unless stated in the course entry requirements. DCOMP is relevant to both aspiring and experienced dive-industry professionals.
Do I need to be a qualified dive professional?
DCOMP is designed for people interested in the operational and management side of the diving industry. You do not have to be a dive professional to start.
Can I study while working full-time?
Yes. The flexible study format is intended to help learners balance the course with work and other commitments.
How long will the course take?
Completion time depends on your selected study option, previous experience and weekly study schedule. The estimated study time is 40 hours.
How long will I have access?
Your enrolment includes ongoing access to the course through your Dive Business Manager account, for as long as the course remains available and your account remains in good standing.
Can I purchase one module now and complete the full course later?
Yes. If you decide to upgrade, the amount paid for eligible individual DCOMP modules can be credited towards the US$399 complete-course fee.
Contact us before purchasing the complete course so we can verify your previous orders and provide an upgrade code. The free introductory module, practice exams and unrelated courses are not included in the credit.
To avoid overpaying, request an upgrade before purchasing a fourteenth paid DCOMP module. Previous payments can be credited, but learning progress or assessments may need to be completed or confirmed again within the complete-course enrolment.
Is there a payment plan?
Payment plans are not currently availabl.
Can a dive centre enrol several employees?
Yes. Contact us to discuss available team-enrolment arrangements and group pricing.
What will I receive after completing the course?
Learners who successfully complete the applicable course requirements receive Dive Centre Operations & Management Course Certificate and Number.
